Meet Tamice Spencer-Helms,
B.A., M.A., Th.M.
Tamice Spencer-Helms (they/she) has several degrees in theology and decades of experience working in religious contexts. They currently work from a viewpoint of radical ethical spirituality tethered to tradition. Their spiritual coaching and spiritual direction practice is designed for spiritual fugitives, post-evangelicals, those questioning their spirituality, and sacred misfits—individuals seeking to reconstruct meaning, recover agency, and explore a spirituality that liberates rather than limits.
Rather than rebuilding inherited frameworks, Tamice collaborates with clients to co-create spiritual paths rooted in liberation, embodiment, and truth. Through presence, conversation, and reflective practice, they support individuals in reconfiguring their faith by reconnecting with the parts of themselves that never stopped believing—even when those parts had to go underground for protection.
Often described as a “cheerleader for people’s freedom,” Tamice brings decades of pastoral experience, academic depth, and cultural fluency into every session. With a background in theology, social transformation, and liberative spiritual practice, they offer a grounded and expansive container for healing and discovery.
